[Elastix] Query regarding Resampling

As I have mentioned in previous mail I want to use elastix/transformix for resampling. Our Application is in C# so I have a wrapper created to call the elastix methods (via static linking) but I am not very sure if I can pass the pointer to bulk data to elastix directly.
Could you please direct me to some examples where such an implementation is available?

Hi Rejitha,

Please try out the examples that come with elastix. It should show how to run elastix (registration) and transformix (resampling). The manual also describes how to do this.

If you have further questions, don't hesitate to mail again.

Regards, Marius

We have started using Elastix (version 4.6) lately for registration.

One of the requirement is to perform only Resampling using some input parameter and input image for example number of voxels in x,y,z direction as input parameter.

How can I do this parameter files?
